This product is designed to work in combination with Combined Business insurance packages. The company designate their key staff and in the event of injury or illness, after a short waiting period, LocumGUARD will pay for the key employee's replacement - either through a locum or contract worker. A unique benefit is that if other employees provide cover the product will reimburse the employer for their increased overtime costs.
